Great to meet you!

I’m Rachael, a compassionate clinical social worker specializing in supporting adults, particularly those facing suicidality, borderline personality disorder, and mood disorders. I also have experience working with self-harming behaviors, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and self-esteem issues.

My approach to therapy

I tailor treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual and family utilizing a diverse toolkit of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I incorporate psychoeducation to help clients understand the root causes of their emotional stress, why it occurs, and how to effectively cope with it.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship, empowering clients to discover their strengths, develop coping skills, and cultivate positive change in their lives. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, I am here to help you navigate life's challenges with resilience and hope.
