Great to meet you!

I love finding new ways to work with people, public speaking, writing music and exploring nature. I hold degrees from BYU and the University of Utah, where my research focused on the healing power of music for children who have experienced trauma. My background includes clinical practice, foster care therapy, case management for serious mental illness, home health and hospice work.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends Dialectial Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Nonviolent Communication, supporting real, lasting change rooted in honesty and self-trust.

What you can expect from me

Our first session involves getting to know what your daily life is like and your goals. We can begin to formulate a plan for what will work to find healing, peace and a sense of connected hope for your life.
