Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage, and I’m here to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll create a personalized path toward healing, whatever that looks like for you. I believe in the power of a safe, supportive space where you can express yourself authentically and feel seen. Whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, or overwhelm, we can work together to help you explore and process your emotions. With my experience working with children, teens, and adults, I’m here to guide you to self-awareness, emotional balance, and lasting personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in integrating expressive arts therapies—such as art, spirituality and mindfulness—with traditional talk therapy to help connect with your inner power and true essence. These creative tools offer a deeper, holistic approach to healing, allowing you to tap into your innate creativity and unlock your full potential for growth and transformation.

What you can expect from me

We can start by finding what safety and comfort looks like for you in session, as this can be different for everyone, and helps build trust and healing. From there, guiding you to find the goals and hopes you may have for therapy and life in general. We'll work together to figure out the steps to get there, and I'll be with you throughout the journey. I strive to make the experience one that feels unique to you and your needs, so collaboration is important - I hope to work together to build a healthy way forward!
