Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I bring a grounded, compassionate, and genuinely empathetic approach to my work. My goal is to create a space where people feel safe, seen, heard, and truly supported—exactly as they are.

My approach to therapy

I'm a big believer that laughter really is the best form of healing—especially when life is unpredictable and challenging. With over a decade of experience working in hospitals, schools, and non-profits (all focused on kids and families), I've seen firsthand how humor can build connections and boost resilience. I genuinely love getting to know people of all ages and feel lucky to witness families grow, shift, and thrive over time. Relationships are my jam!

What you can expect from me

During our first session you can expect to be the driver. I want you to feel comfortable and in charge of your own journey. My hope is to get to know you—not just your story, but who you are as a person—and to explore together the areas of growth and change you’re hoping for.
