Great to meet you!

I work from a client centered and trauma informed approach addressing all aspects of a client's whole self, to help the client find healing, hope and freedom to navigate life's challenges and learn to thrive. Although I work with clients of all ages, I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. I am committed to instilling hope in the lives of clients and their families. I love what I do and feel honored to have the opportunity to walk along side of you during this season of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is founded on creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment for the client to process identified struggles and to live a more healthy and balanced life. I will fine tune interventions utilized in order to meet the individualized unique needs of each client. I will also incorporate Christian faith into session, when asked or requested by the client, and respect all spiritual or faith backgrounds.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe space where clients will be seen, heard, validated, supported and empowered to continue moving towards healing and thriving.
