Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist who graduated from the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Southern Connecticut State University with my Master's degree. I have several years of experience in the field of mental health working in agencies, schools, group homes and private practices. I work with adolescents, adults, individuals, families and couples navigating a variety of concerns.

My approach to therapy

I utilize empathy, warmth, validation, and accountability in working with clients to help them create the change they've been longing to achieve but maybe thought wasn't possible. I am focused on solutions, allowing clients to process and be seen and heard in session while also challenging them to take action to make change in their lives,

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where they feel seen, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll work to increase insight, build emotional awareness, and develop practical strategies tailored to your unique needs and goals. You’ll leave sessions with a better understanding of yourself, improved communication tools, and the confidence to navigate challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, connected, and equipped to create meaningful change in your life and relationships.
