Great to meet you!

I bring 20+ years of experience and a genuine belief that every person has the capacity for change. I'm direct but compassionate — I'll be honest with you, and I'll always be in your corner. I don't believe in labeling people or fitting you into a box. You are a whole, complex human being, and that's how I'll treat you. I also have experience working with dually diagnosed individuals and those navigating substance use alongside other mental health challenges, so no matter what you're carrying, I've likely sat with someone in a similar place.

My approach to therapy

I work from a client-centered, judgment-free foundation, weaving together DBT, CBT, Personal Medicine, and Mindfulness based on what fits you best. I use a conversational style — therapy doesn't have to feel stiff or clinical. I focus on practical skills alongside deeper emotional work, helping you build self-awareness, self-confidence, and tools you can actually use outside of our sessions. Most importantly, I meet you where you are. Your pace, your goals, your journey.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in, what's been going on in your life, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy — but there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with right away. I want you to leave feeling heard, not overwhelmed. By the end, we'll have a sense of where you're starting from and begin to sketch out what working together might look like.
