Great to meet you!

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING, thank you.

I am a board-certified Psychiatrist (medical doctor) providing virtual care throughout NY and PA. I taper medications. This means most of my patients want to safely reduce or ultimately stop taking psychiatric medications, and I guide them through that process safely and at their own pace. I include therapy in my 30-min follow up sessions, though do not offer weekly 1-hour therapy sessions. Many of my patients also work with a therapist.

My approach to therapy

I founded RiverStep Health with a single intention: to create a place where healing isn't about labels, quick fixes, or pharmaceutical dependency, but about finding real solutions instead of trading your original symptoms for medication side effects.

My approach bridges neuroscience, lifestyle medicine, and real-world practicality, without losing sight of your story, your values, or your autonomy.

What you can expect from me

This is recovery work, not quitting. We're not just getting you down off medication. We're treating underlying causes, managing any withdrawal symptoms, and helping you get your life back.

If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, dissociative symptoms, mood swings, medical/neurological issues, and are unsure about your medication regimen- let’s discuss your situation.
