As a board-certified psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I help people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, mood and personality disorders, ADHD, psychotic disorders, substance use, and other mental health challenges. My style is holistic, integrative, and collaborative. I use medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a thoughtful combination to empower clients reclaim their mental wellness.
