Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) located in Horseheads, NY. I am a full time school social worker and therapist part time. I would describe myself as empathetic, warm, and enjoy using a sense of humor. I enjoy spending time with my family, regular exercise and cooking.

My approach to therapy

As I describe to people, the floor is yours. I will take whatever lead you are comfortable with and follow. I have an eclectic style but rely heavily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused, and Client-centered.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to find a solution to your current struggles. I encourage optimism and hope to leave a sense that things will get better. Remember, there is nothing wrong with you! You may just need a new perspective to see things differently.
