Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or navigating a difficult life transition, or struggling with substance use, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted by self doubt, relationship stress, burnout, or the pressure to “hold it all together.” I provide a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with eight years of experience, I am committed to helping you build insight, resilience, and a stronger sense of self so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I welcome anyone from the ages 13 - 100+ years of age who is ready for this journey.

My approach to therapy

I have a warm and genuine style that includes being supportively direct, affirming and a therapist who's greatest goal is helping you empower yourself. We will be partners in your journey. You will be my guide. I blend together the modalities of reality therapy, CBT, DBT, REBT and expressive arts therapies (for those that are interested in expressing yourselves artistically).

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and structured space to share what brings you in. We will explore your current challenges, identify what you hope to gain from therapy, and begin outlining a plan that feels realistic and aligned with your needs. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work ahead.
