Great to meet you!

I have a Masters in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver, and I have experience working with legally involved individuals through my internships as a deputy probation officer and a competency restoration educator. I currently volunteer as a victim advocate with local police departments. I work with kids, teens, and adults who are looking to address a variety of issues.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to therapy; I want to understand the person as an individual as well as how they are impacted by the systems in which they live. I use interventions from a range of orientations, and I have specific training in Trauma Focused-CBT and Motivational Interviewing.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve through our work together.
