Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression, processing past trauma, or facing challenges like addiction or mood disorders — you're not alone. Reaching out is a powerful first step, and I'm here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience in settings like hospitals, community programs, and corrections. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and truly seen.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, serious mental illness, or involvement with the justice system. My approach is collaborative and person-centered — I believe you're the expert on your life, and that meaningful change starts from within.

What you can expect from me

I use CBT, motivational interviewing, and a holistic approach to create sessions that fit your unique needs—helping you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with your authentic self. I currently offer telehealth and in-person sessions starting Fall 2025. If you're ready to begin or even just explore therapy, I’d be honored to walk with you.
