Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual therapist and enjoy working with teens, adolescents, and adults. I have worked as an educator and school counselor and understand the inevitable demands that life presents to people of all ages. If demands become overwhelming and unresolved, symptoms of depression, social or general anxiety, suicidal thoughts can occur. You are not alone.

My approach to therapy

Each person has different levels of need so counseling approaches are based on a client's age and their goals. Some clients may need to talk to someone, learn healthy ways to cope with stress, anxiety/low mood, or deal with past or current trauma that impacts their life. The goal is to help clients gain clarity and a new perspective to deal with problems in a healthier way.

What you can expect from me

I develop trust, acceptance, and respect the client's journey and life experiences. My goal is to help clients develop the courage & confidence to use healthier ways to approach life’s challenges and sustain a healthier mindset.
