Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Rachael and I'm a licensed MFT with 23+ years of experience helping people dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, life transitions, and more.

I have worked with youth in the juvenile justice system, developmentally disabled adults, individuals, couples and families. I have had experience with people I really enjoy helping people to figure out what may be keeping them stuck and working through the obstacles they are facing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very eclectic. I enjoy incorporating various techniques from CBT, Gestalt, Solution-Focused, Client-Centered, and other modalities. Since there are so many people in the world, I feel therapists need to flexible to meet their needs.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will go over your history, any prior experiences with therapy and what was helpful, discuss confidentiality & limitations, talk about possible treatment goals and anything else that might be pertinent to get started.

I am open to questions that you might have about my experience or how I work as a therapist. Looking forward to meeting you!!!
