Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with transitional-aged youth, adults, women with children, and justice-involved folx. I will not judge; my only hope is to meet you and walk with you on your journey to healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic. I am warm, non-judgmental, and supportive. I use various modalities and approaches depending on what is going on in your life and your stated goal. More than any specific modality that I use, I want to connect with you and hold space for you. I believe you have the answers, and I know together we can find them.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I would like to start with what brought you to me. We would discuss what's going on within you and around you. I want to know your story! We could troubleshoot your goal(s), your questions, and your concerns about therapy with me.
