Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I have over four years of experience working in outpatient clinics and urgent care crisis stabilization units, supporting individuals with a variety of mental health needs.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, mood disorders, and psychotic disorders. I also help clients manage grief, life transitions, chronic stress and many more.

My approach is patient-centered and collaborative. I take time to listen carefully and understand your symptoms, concerns, and goals. I provide thorough psychiatric evaluations and, when appropriate, prescribe medications, with your full understanding and consent. I also refer for labs, genetic testing (GeneSight), therapy, and other supportive treatments to create a care plan tailored to your needs.

Clients often share that they feel heard, respected, and informed throughout our sessions. I always encourage questions and ensure clarity before each visit ends.

My goal is not just to reduce symptoms, but to help you feel well, stable, and connected to your life again.

My approach to therapy

I listen and pay attention to their problems from when the symptoms started, how long it has been, and how it has affected the client's life, family or work. What treatment client has tried including therapy or alternative treatment plans? I am also committed to providing my patients with clear and concise information about their health and treatment options

What you can expect from me

As a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, I believe that healing begins with understanding. From your first visit, I’ll take the time to truly listen, giving you space to share your symptoms, how long you’ve been experiencing them, and how they affect your daily life, relationships, and work.

We'll review what you’ve tried in the past, what worked, what didn’t, and use that insight to build a treatment plan that’s tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether that includes therapy, medication, or alternative and holistic approaches, our plan will always reflect what’s best for you.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Let’s work together to find a path toward stability, relief, and wellness.
