Great to meet you!

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey. As a clinician, I've worked with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating mental health challenges and life stressors. I currently work as a School Social Worker at a high school in Bergen County, NJ, where I am a member of the Child Study Team and provide counseling for classified students.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I believe in meeting individuals where they are and building on their strengths to promote growth and resilience. I use evidence-based strategies such as cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, and solution-focused interventions, while also providing a safe and nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts and feelings. My goal is to help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they work through challenges and move toward positive change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a greater sense of understanding and practical tools they can apply in their daily lives. My goal is to help clients gain clarity around their challenges, learn new coping strategies, and feel more confident in their ability to manage stress, emotions, and relationships. Over time, clients often notice an increased sense of resilience, self-awareness, and empowerment as they move toward their personal goals.
