Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for helping adults—especially those from BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities—navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals facing anxiety, self-doubt, relational conflict, ADHD, and work stress. My experience spans community mental health, private practice, and intensive outpatient settings. I’m also trained in Cognitive-Based Compassion Training, Mindful Self-Compassion, and trauma-informed yoga, integrating mind-body awareness into healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a space for you to rediscover your true self by exploring your story and rewriting the narratives that no longer serve you. My approach is rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and acceptance, combined with attachment theory and inner child work. We’ll focus on building self-esteem, healing from trauma, and shifting negative self-talk. You’ll leave sessions with practical tools to enhance emotional resilience and rewrite limiting beliefs.

What you can expect from me

Working exclusively with individual clients (adults 18+).

Our sessions are a space where your voice and experience are deeply valued. Together, we’ll confront challenges directly, develop coping strategies, and explore self-compassionate practices. With weekly or biweekly sessions, you’ll walk away with new insights and practical steps to move toward your goals.
