You don’t have to navigate everything on your own. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds. I work with individuals facing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and more.
My approach is warm, supportive, and tailored to meet you where you are. I draw from evidence-based practices to help you better understand yourself, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Together, we can explore both past and present challenges, strengthen your resilience, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.
During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask a variety of questions to better understand your current concerns, as well as gather a brief social history, including important aspects of your background, relationships, and experiences.
This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel at ease. From there, we’ll begin to identify goals and discuss how we can work together moving forward.
