Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in mental health and crisis care, supporting people through some of their most difficult moments.

My approach to therapy

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or struggling with past experiences that are difficult to navigate on your own? You don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you’re experiencing. Sometimes it can help simply to have a place where you can speak openly, process difficult emotions, and explore what’s been weighing on you without pressure or judgment. Together, we can work toward gaining clarity, building healthier ways of coping, and helping you feel more grounded and supported in your life.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based, grounded in the belief that each person already has the capacity for growth and healing. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns while gently working through past experiences when it feels helpful.

What you can expect from me

Therapy can be a place to reflect, process difficult emotions, and start building a path toward greater clarity and balance. My goal is to help you build deeper self-understanding, develop more supportive ways of coping, and create meaningful, lasting change. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to work with you.
