Great to meet you!

I'm a trauma-informed therapist who shows up as a real human — grounded, compassionate, and not afraid of the hard stuff. I believe healing doesn't happen through perfection or having the "right" answers; it happens inside safe, honest relationships where you feel genuinely seen. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, substance use, and more. Whether you're carrying something heavy you've never said out loud or just trying to figure out why you keep getting stuck in the same patterns, I'm here for all of it — no judgment, no rush.

My approach to therapy

My approach is evidence-based but never cookie-cutter. I draw from a toolkit that includes DBT, CBT, ACT, Trauma-Focused CBT, attachment-based work, and nervous system awareness — and I weave in art and play therapy when it fits. I meet you where you are and tailor everything to what actually makes sense for you, not just your diagnosis. We'll work on practical coping tools when you need them, and go deeper into patterns and meaning-making when you're ready for that. My goal is for therapy to feel both grounding and genuinely useful.

What you can expect from me

A gentle landing, not an interrogation. We'll go at your pace — you won't be pushed to share anything before you're ready, and there's no script you have to follow. You can expect to feel heard, respected, and maybe even a little lighter by the end. I'll ask questions to get to know you and what's bringing you in, and together we'll start figuring out what you actually need from our work together. My hope is that you leave that first session feeling like this might actually be okay.
