Great to meet you!

I offer a safe and affirming space where you can explore, heal, and return to your most authentic self. My approach is holistic and creative, blending art therapy, talk therapy, and Brainspotting. I work with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults, and have extensive experience supporting the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and those on the Autism spectrum.

My background includes trauma work with survivors of Sandy Hook, 9/11 foundations, at-risk youth, and women in a maximum-security prison. I also specialize in helping clients navigate sexual assault recovery, grief, infertility, and postpartum mental health. Above all, I walk beside you with compassion and clear boundaries while empowering you to claim your own growth.

My approach to therapy

I create a safe, supportive space where you can feel both cared for and challenged to grow. My approach is collaborative—I draw from art therapy, CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation, tailoring each session to your needs.

Whether through creative expression or practical tools, my goal is to help you build resilience, navigate challenges, and feel empowered in your own healing. At the heart of my work is respect for your autonomy: I walk beside you with compassion and clear boundaries while you take the steps toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave feeling grounded, supported, and equipped with tools they can use beyond our time together. I view therapy as an ongoing process—like a maintenance check-up—where returning for support at different stages of life can help you face new challenges while staying empowered by the growth you’ve already achieved.
