Great to meet you!

With over 10 years of experience, I've worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a community based setting, as well as in local schools. As a mom to three children, I understand the challenges families may face. Whether it be a personal struggle or a need for your child, I’d love to work with you virtually or at local schools.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm and welcoming as this will help us get to know one another and form a connection.

I like to help my clients figure out who you are by deeply exploring your thoughts, feelings and experiences. And then helping you cope with feelings of anxiety, depression, or self-destruction. Through this, my client's are able to communicate effectively and feel close and secure in their relationships. I have a passion for working with women, adolescents and children.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to leave a session feeling validated, but also encouraged and challenged. As a result, my clients will gain a positive outlook and adopt new attitudes and reactions within their lives.
