My name is Rachel , and I am a Licensed Clinical Master Social Worker (LCMSW). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. I have worked as an outpatient therapist, behavioral health consultant, and life skills coach. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, autism, self-esteem, family and couples therapy, and particularly mental health support during pregnancy and postpartum.
