Life can start to feel overwhelming when anxiety, stress, parenting challenges, relationship struggles, or past experiences leave you feeling emotionally exhausted or disconnected from yourself. You may find yourself constantly worrying, overthinking, feeling emotionally reactive, struggling to balance everyone’s needs, or feeling like you’ve lost parts of yourself along the way. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying.
I specialize in working with women, mothers, adolescents, & families navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, life transitions, parenting stress, self-esteem concerns, & relationship challenges. I specialize in postpartum adjustment, motherhood identity changes, family conflict, school stress, perfectionism & emotional regulation.
I am a LCSW with a bachelors degree in music and a masters degree in Social Work. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also am a NASM certified personal trainer who brings a mind-body and somatic approach to therapy, which I believe is essential for healing trauma and remaining connected to self.
