Rachel Bowen

Hello! I’m so glad you’re here. It’s an honor to support others through their journey of growth and healing. I am a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) and graduated from the University of Rochester with my master's in Community Mental Health Counseling. My experience has included working with children and adolescents diagnosed with ASD, anxiety, depression, and other diagnoses. I am also trained as a certified trauma-focused CBT therapist (TFCBT).

I use a client-centered and strength-based approach to meet the client where they are at in a warm, supportive, and compassionate environment. I utilize cognitive-behavioral techniques, TFCBT as appropriate, and work with youth to develop positive and appropriate coping skills.
