Great to meet you!

I studied counseling and community psychology at Russell Sage College. I did an internship at a college counseling center and currently work at a local hospital on an inpatient psychiatric unit. I have worked with clients on challenging issues and worked with a diverse population. Fun fact about me is that in the past, I went to culinary school and have a background in hospitality management. I worked in this field for 13 years, which at times I think gives a unique perspective.

My approach to therapy

Clients can share in a safe setting without judgment. I will work with a client on a personalized approach to tackle life's struggles and help guide towards a solution.

What you can expect from me

Clients can take away from the session the feeling that they have been heard in a safe place and that perhaps they can begin to feel empowered to handle things better going forward in life.
