Great to meet you!

Do you feel disconnected from others? Are you struggling to find happiness in your relationships and daily life? Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, or unresolved trauma? I can help you make sense of the senseless, make peace with shame and blame, and gain the happiness you thought impossible.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic, evidence-based approach to create personalized treatment for each individual. I have a special interest in helping adults from dysfunctional family systems heal from the lasting impact of childhood experiences, build healthier relationships, and develop greater resilience.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where healing, growth, and lasting change can occur, because therapy is more than just talking.

If you don’t see a time available that works for you, just send me a message.
