Great to meet you!

I've spent my career helping people work through anxiety, depression, and struggles with addiction. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want you to feel comfortable from our very first conversation. My goal is to understand what you're going through and build a plan that fits your life, not a one size fits all approach. I listen closely, ask questions, and check in often so we keep moving in a direction that feels right for you. Whether you're managing a new diagnosis, working through a hard stretch, or looking for ongoing support, I'm here to walk alongside you and help you make progress you can actually feel.

My approach to therapy

I bring a warm and empowering approach to every conversation. I want you to feel like an active partner in your own care, not a passenger. I stay curious about what's really going on for you, ask thoughtful questions, and adjust our plan together as your needs change over time.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in, your history, and what support has or hasn't worked before. You'll leave with a clear sense of next steps and a plan we built together, at a pace that feels right for you.
