I try to be both personal and professional during my time with clients. I enjoy connecting with others through humor and empathy. I will also try my best to work with my client in order to build a positive experience and relationship with them.
Through creative and gentle leading, I help clients better understand their struggles and goals. I often use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as solution-focused interventions to help clients meet their specific goals.
I try to create a safe and comfortable environment for my clients. My hope is for my clients to feel connected during sessions, as well as be able to learn skills that they can use outside of session.
