Great to meet you!

I’ve spent 10 years working with teens and families, and I care deeply about helping people feel understood. I create a space where you can be yourself and feel a sense of belonging, without judgment. I value both family connection and your privacy. Most of all, I believe real change starts with a genuine, comfortable relationship.

My approach to therapy

I have 10 years of experience working with teens and their families, supporting challenges like high-risk behaviors and gaming addiction. I use evidence-based approaches including TF-CBT, CBT, and DBT (in progress), along with crisis communication skills to help teens navigate difficult moments.

I take a family systems perspective while respecting each teen’s privacy, and focus on building practical skills, strengthening relationships, and creating a sense of belonging.

What you can expect from me

The first session is laid back and focused on getting to know each other—we might play a game or color together (even virtually) to help build comfort and a sense of belonging.
