Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m really glad you found your way here. I’m Rachel and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas, and I know that even considering therapy can take courage. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, stressed, or simply ready for something to be different, you don’t have to sort it all out on your own. My hope is to offer you a space that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely yours—where you can exhale a little and be met with understanding.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, practical, and deeply human. I believe thereapy should feel safe, comforting and inviting. You’re a whole person with a unique story, and our work will reflect that. I’ll listen closely, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and support you in building tools that fit your real life—not just the therapy room.

I use a wide range of therapeutic techniques, and together we will tailor these approaches to your needs, your goals, and your personality. You won’t be forced into a method that doesn’t feel right—this is your space.

What you can expect from me

In therapy with me, you can expect:

  • A warm, nonjudgmental environment
  • Honest, down-to-earth conversation
  • Support that blends insight with practical tools
  • A steady focus on your strengths, values, and growth
  • Help navigating emotions, relationships, and stress with more clarity and confidence

Therapy isn’t about fixing you—you’re not broken. It’s about understanding yourself better, feeling more grounded, and helping you improve your quality of life. You can meet with me from home or anywhere private you feel at ease through teletherapy. Even through a screen or phone call, the work is real, the connection is real, and you don’t have to do it alone.

If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a clear plan before you begin—just a willingness to take the next small step. When you’re ready, I’m here.
