Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re exploring therapy for the first time or searching for a new therapeutic connection, you’ve taken a powerful step toward the support and healing you deserve.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With over a decade of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I specialize in areas including grief, trauma, relationship therapy, depression, and anxiety. My approach is deeply humanistic and rooted in anti-oppressive principles, focusing on collaboration and empowerment. Together, we’ll explore both internal experiences (ie: ongoing patterns, ruminations, worries, etc.) and external challenges (ie: systemic oppression, societal safety concerns, difficult family dynamics, etc.). Together we’ll create pathways for growth, authenticity, and greater ease in your life.

What you can expect from our first session

Our first session will hopefully feel relaxed as we get to know one another. I'll look forward to hearing about your goals for therapy and learn areas where you might want to deepen your understanding of yourself, cultivate new coping strategies, and expand your sense of self-acceptance.

I look forward to connecting with you soon!
