Great to meet you!

I am a LPC-S with 12 years of experience. I've worked in schools and clinics servicing clients with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting skills, and career and life challenges. I also work with many people who have experienced physical, emotional, sexual, and racial trauma or abuse. I recognize societal privileges and oppression and will advocate for BIPOC and LGBTQIA individuals. I am passionate about fostering my clients desired growth and maximizing their potential.

My approach to therapy

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines mind and body practices such as meditation, nutrition, dance, and art, with cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, wellness coaching, and client-centered therapy. I will tailor our sessions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. The options are endless.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a get-to-know-you chat paired with an initial intake. Then we will discuss a general overview of what you can expect from future sessions. Clients can expect to gain insight and personal awareness to help them grow in ways they choose and will maximize their potential. The client will learn and practice skills that foster self-confidence, autonomy, and empowerment.
