Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management for adolescents and adults. I take a collaborative approach, integrating medication with a parts-based, experiential perspective to address anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, and challenges with focus and emotional regulation. My goal is to deliver effective, individualized care while helping clients better understand themselves and improve daily functioning.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized, combining thorough evaluation and medication management with an understanding of the emotional patterns underlying symptoms. I use a parts-based, emotion-focused perspective to help clients build awareness and improve regulation. My goal is to provide effective, practical care while keeping clients actively engaged in their treatment.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a thorough and structured evaluation where we review symptoms, history, and current concerns. I aim to create a calm, respectful space where clients feel comfortable sharing at their own pace.

We will begin identifying key patterns and clarify goals for treatment, including whether medication may be helpful. Clients can expect to leave with a clearer understanding of their situation and an initial plan for next steps.
