Rachel Clarke is a Caribbean born Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who practices in the state of Florida. She's been providing care to a variety of patients for over 15 years. She received her initial Nursing degree from Broward College, Bachelor degree from Florida International University, and Masters from Walden University. Her passion is to provide compassionate and quality care for all patients across their lifespans.
