Great to meet you!

  • Therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale and that's exactly what I try to create. I specialize in working with women, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people navigating relationship challenges, identity questions, and the weight of life transitions. I have a particular passion for supporting those in the perinatal period (pregnancy, postpartum, and everything in between), people living with chronic illness or disability, and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds who may have felt unseen in traditional therapy spaces.

My approach to therapy

  • My style is warm and open-minded. I believe humor can be healing, and I'll never ask you to take yourself so seriously that you forget to breathe. I'm a genuinely curious person who takes an affirming, non-judgmental stance with every client who walks through my door, regardless of identity, background, or history.

What you can expect from me

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, which is why I draw from a wide toolkit: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma-Focused CBT, among others. In practice, this means I meet you where you are, sometimes we're exploring the roots of a pattern, sometimes we're building concrete skills to manage anxiety or stress, and sometimes we're tuning into what your body is telling you that words can't quite capture.

I'm especially skilled at blending solution-focused and strength-based approaches, so while we honor what's hard, we're always building toward what's possible.
