Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Rachel. I'm a licensed mental health counselor and I have been practicing since 2019. I have experience working with a wide range of clientele, but find I connect most with women and teens that struggling with issues related to anxiety, neurodivergence, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

Clients seek out my services to help them develop better habits and skills that reduce negative symptoms of anxiety; to find strategies to live well with diagnoses like ADHD and Autism, and to find relief from trauma symptoms. I use an eclectic approach, pulling from CBT, ACT, and EMDR to adapt strategies to my client's circumstances and needs.

What you can expect from me

I know talking to a new therapist can be nerve-wracking, so my primary focus is to provide a comfortable, relaxed space allowing you to open up about your concerns. We then will address issues preventing you from feeling confident and content with your life and goals. I want you to leave our sessions feeling heard and a little lighter than when we started!
