Great to meet you!

I am originally from New Jersey but chased the warm weather and sunshine to Southern California to earn my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. My passion and calling is to work with those struggling with Eating Disorders, Mood Disorders, and Attachment Disruptions that have impacted mental health due to self-doubt, harmful lived experiences, traumas, anxiety, and perfectionism. I've been in private practice for 15 years treating clients in person and virtually.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with clients who are learning how to understand their bodies unique communication styles and needs, however that is presenting itself. I am a specialist in all forms of Eating Disorders, have a certification in Perinatal Mood Disorders and support new parents in their journey to ground their thoughts and bodies, neurodivergent clients who are learning how to calm overstimulated sensory systems, and clients whose attachment disruptions has led to low emotional regulation.

What you can expect from me

I love helping people learn to understand themselves by utilizing inner child, Internal Family Systems, and creative analogies so they can find their true self. I teach DBT and CBT skills for coping with tough emotions while identifying the underlying roots to distress. As an Eating Disorder specialist and feminist, I adamantly defy diet culture fundamentals and believe in radical body inclusivity, allyship, and continued learning from my clients lived experiences.
