Great to meet you!

You can understand your patterns and still feel stuck inside them. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, life transitions, and relationship concerns. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, and Gottman-informed couples therapy, while also drawing from relational, somatic, and depth-oriented perspectives. I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor into the room as we explore what is keeping you stuck and build practical ways to help life and relationships feel different.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I use evidence-based approaches to help us understand patterns, build practical skills, and create meaningful change, while also paying attention to relationships, emotions, and what your nervous system may be communicating. I believe therapy can make room for deeper exploration without losing sight of what helps in everyday life. Together, we’ll find an approach that feels useful, authentic, and connected to what matters most to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know one another and begin making sense of what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, listen for what matters most to you, and make room for your questions too. There is no pressure to tell your whole story or have perfectly defined goals right away. I want you to leave with a clearer sense of where we might begin and, just as importantly, whether working together feels like a good fit.
