Rachel Couillard

My name is Rachel Couillard, and I am a Board-Certified Art Therapist who also holds licenses in MD, VT, and NJ as a Professional Counselor and in NJ I am also a Licensed Professional Art Therapist. I work with older adolescents, emerging adults, and seasoned adults who are exploring different aspects of their identity, including gender, career, relationship/sexuality. Together, we'll use the creative process to work through barriers like anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I'm an Art Therapist/Counselor who loves working with seasoned/emerging adults using the creative process to explore identity/life purpose. Creating can help us cope and process feelings we may not have words for.

Together, we will explore and understand your fears, challenges, hopes and dreams. Once visible, change will happen. No artistic talent required!
