Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 15 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, and families. I specialize in anxiety and depression. Life transitions such as a new career, a recent graduation, transition to college, or issues with relationships can all increase stress. Therapy can help you understand how you are feeling and ways you can manage your emotions. I take an open, empathetic and non-judgmental stance on the issues my client's present during sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strongly believe in my clients' strengths and capacity for change and growth. I know that one size does not fit all. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness based therapy modalities.

What you can expect from our first session

It is a huge step reaching out and making that first appointment. Therapy can help you gain the insight needed to understand your thoughts and feelings. The goal for my clients' is to leave session feeling hopeful and empowered.
