Great to meet you!

My practice offers inclusive and supportive therapy for people of all ages. My approach is to look beyond symptoms, engaging with the whole person in acknowledgment of how we are uniquely shaped by our environment. My intention is for us to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you feel encouraged to share openly and without the fear of judgment.

I received my Master of Social Work degree from The University of Georgia in 2023 and a 200-hour yoga training in 2015, which directly informs my practice. I'm currently licensed to see individuals in the state of South Carolina.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, mind-body connection, self-esteem, complex trauma, and addiction. I utilize strengths-based, psychoeducational, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, person-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches.

What you can expect from me

Together we will give names to you problems, identify unhelpful patterns, and implement solutions that will work best for you. We will uncover the aspects of each situation that are within your control to change and the underlying beliefs that drive your behavior.
