Great to meet you!

I give you a space to explore, feel, question, cry, scream, cuss, fall apart, and fall together. I like wrestling with whatever it is that is coming up in your heart or mind. I am open minded and care about the burdens you carry around everyday. It's hard work to grow yourself and we can work together to create and achieve your goals. I believe your story matters and holds a lot of power in shaping your life.

My approach to therapy

have worked in the mental health field for 17 years helping people in many different settings, including: private practice, building self worth and esteem, exploring identity changes, grief and loss, HIV & AIDS, legal guardianship, domestic violence, homelessness, addictions, sex education, acute psychiatric clinical assessment in the emergency room and in a psychiatric hospital setting.

What you can expect from me

An unknown journey is not something to be afraid of but rather a chance to have something to be brave of." - Jacob Merukh.
