I work with clients with a variety of issues: addictions, anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, sexuality issues, mental wellness for management of depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and adjustment to major life transitions and decisions. I am of service to the LGBTQIAA+ community,

Please note when booking Tuesday evenings are live in person sessions and all other days are virtual.

I specialize in TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, and am a reality therapy oriented therapist. I have training in many modalities and adapt to you and your individual circumstances.
