Great to meet you!

Howdy! My name is Rachel Davis. Sort and sweet about me, is I feel truly blessed to be able to chat with people for a living, and feel honored to be able to talk through life with them.

My approach to therapy

I am client-centered first and foremost. I believe in a strong therapeutic relationship to be one of the most important focuses in therapy. I also believe empowering clients is huge for general happiness.

As far as sessions go, I am very casual in sessions, and want to stray away from sessions feelings like a doctor's office as much as possible.

What you can expect from me

First session will include going over a lot of details and also getting to know each other. I want you to feel comfortable with me, and make sure I am a good fit as a therapist.
