Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed alcohol and drug counselor. I received my masters in social work from Rutgers University. I have experience working with adults that have goals in managing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and addiction.

My approach to therapy

I use a supportive and non-judgmental approach to increase a healthy insight of your thoughts and feelings. We will work together to increase awareness of your self talk and core beliefs, allowing you to challenge your unhelpful thoughts when coping with life's stressors. I use a variety of modalities including mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing,

What you can expect from me

I am here to meet you where you are at and navigate what change means to you. I hope to help empower your healing process and collaborate goals. Together we can work on increasing mindfulness for a more meaningful life!
