Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Rachel and I have four years in the mental health field. I received a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy University in 2021. I love working with clients of all ages and treat an array of disorders like Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders, and PTSD.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach to working with clients as they come in with different concerns and needs. I provide psychoeducation on skills, provide homework, and utilize creative outlets in session.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I will gain insight on your presenting problems, goals for treatment, interests, and expectations. I will go over confidentiality and its limits and begin to build rapport.
