Great to meet you!

Over eleven years I have worked with a wide range of clients, which means very little of what you bring will be unfamiliar to me. Maybe you are managing anxiety that puts you in fight or flight, a low mood that will not lift, the demands of ADHD, or a health condition that has quietly reshaped your life. Whatever brings you here, I start from what is already working

in your life rather than from what is broken. You do not need the right words or a clear diagnosis to begin. If that sounds like the support you are looking for, I would be glad to hear from you.

My approach to therapy

I use a supportive strengths-based approach to therapy. Special interests in anxiety disorders, depression, women's health, ADHD, developmental/intellectual disabilities, and the impact health problems, experiences, and genetics have on a person's mental health.

What you can expect from me

I recognize the importance of creating a supportive and open therapy environment so we can identify realistic and achievable goals.
